These tortilla roll ups were simply made for celebrations. Whether it’s a holiday party, Super Bowl or Game Day gathering, or any simple get together, these are the party food you need.
How to Make Ham and Cheese Roll Ups ?
Tortilla roll ups are a simple go-to appetizer recipe. I love how easy it is to switch things up and make all kinds of tortillas using different ingredients. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes, you’ll have something super tasty ready to go.
I used the large burrito size tortillas. Feel free to use any size tortilla you have on hand.
• In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, ranch mix, and shredded cheese together.
• Spread about ¼ cup of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla
• Sprinkle each tortilla with ham and onion
• Roll up the tortillas up gently and wrap tightly with saran wrap to make sure it holds together and keeps its shape.
• Place in the refrigerator until fully chilled, about 1-2 hours.
• Remove from refrigerator, take off the plastic wrap, cut off ends of tortilla roll and cut into 1-inch slices

You can also use whole grain, gluten-free, or spinach tortillas.
You can also use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese to cut down on the calories.
You can absolutely make these Roll Ups in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve. Prepare the tortillas and wrap them in plastic wrap unsliced. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator, and slice. They will keep a day or two in the refrigerator.
Can I Make These Roll Ups Ahead of Time?
Yes! These roll ups are one of my favorite party appetizers to make, and one of the reasons why is because you can make them the day before.
Can Ham and Cheese Roll Ups be Frozen?
Yes! You can assemble the tortillas and store them in a freezer ziplock bag. The tortillas will keep up to 2 months in the freezer.

We love tortillas as they can be filled with various flavors. Also, they are cute little appetizers that a perfect for lunch boxes. Kids and adults would love them.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon Ranch Seasoning Mix

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 4 flour tortillas

  • 1 cup finely chopped ham

  • ½ cup chopped green onion

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, ranch mix, and shredded cheese together.
