This recipe turns a classic chocolate brownie into a gourmet layered dessert.
Bailey’s Brownies with Bailey’s Irish Cream is perfect as a sophisticated sweet treat to enjoy when celebrating St Patrick’s Day. You can easily customize these brownies by using a different flavored creamy liqueur to suit a different holiday or theme.

How to Make Bailey’s Irish Cream Brownies?
To make Brownies:
• Preheat the oven as indicated on the brownie box. Line a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, set it aside.
• Mix brownie packet with ingredients listed on the package instructions.
• Bake brownies in the prepared pan according to the package instructions.
• Cool brownies completely.
To make Bailey’s frosting:
• In a mixing bowl, beat butter on medium speed until fluffy
• Add in Bailey’s and mix well
• Add powdered sugar a little at a time until completely incorporated and beat until soft and fluffy
• Spread over brownies and refrigerate while making the Bailey’s ganache
To make the Bailey’s ganache:
• In a sauce pan over medium high heat, combine Bailey’s and heavy cream
• Bring just to a boil and immediately pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 3-4 minutes without stirring
• Whisk until smooth and spread over chilled, frosted brownies
• Refrigerate until set.

  • 1 box Chocolate Brownie Mix, plus ingredients listed on the box to make the brownies typically eggs, oil, and water

  • For the Bailey’s Frosting:
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 3-4 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

  • For the Bailey’s ganache:
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream

Directions
