White chocolate cheesecake is such a delicious flavor for me, chocolate cheesecake with something like an Oreo cookies and you know that the crowd will go wild. Who does not love Oreo Cookies?
It is a great combination to me that I just had to make it for you!
The best part of the entire experience is how easy they are to make. A few hours in the refrigerator to set up is all you need for a perfect, over the top cheesecake.

No Bake Recipes:
Using a no-bake recipe means you can obviously still create this delicious recipe without an oven or if you want to make it ahead of time it is super click and easy!
Base:
I use Oreo crust, it is just simple mixture of Oreo crumbs and melted butter pressed in the bottom of the pan.
Filling:
This cheesecake mixture is so fluffy and full of flavor, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream and mix and add melted white chocolate.
I always believe cheesecake is perfect dessert for any occasion, whether it is baked or not!
Toppings for White Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake:
I topped my cheesecake with white chocolate topping and place half of Oreo Cookies on top, but you can pipe the whipped cream around the edge of the cheesecake and top with white chocolate chunks and sprinkle with white chocolate curls if desired

How long will this White Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake last?
This Cheesecake and any leftovers can be covered and stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
Can I freeze this White Chocolate Cheesecake?
This cheesecake can be frozen, covered tightly, for up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.

Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 2 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs, about 26 Oreo cookies

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • For the cheesecake filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 10 ounces white chocolate-chopped

  • For chocolate topping:
  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 4 ounces white chocolate chips

  • For garnish:
  • Oreo cookies, optional cut into half

Directions

  • To make crust:
  • Finely crush the cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and blend until it’s all moistened
  • Press crumb mixture onto the bottom of prepared 9-inch springform pan by lightly greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray
  • Place in the freezer while you make the filling
  • To make cheesecake filling:
  • To make white chocolate cheesecake filling:
  • Melt 10 ounces white chocolate and set aside to cool
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, set aside
  • In separate bowl whip heavy cream until soft peaks form add vanilla extract and continue mixing until stiff peaks form
  • Add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream and mix on low speed just to combine
  • Add melted chocolate and mix on low speed until well incorporated
  • Spread white chocolate cheesecake filling into bottom of the crust
  • Set in the fridge to firm
  • To make chocolate topping:
  • Place chocolate chips into a bowl, bring heavy cream just barely to a simmer and pour over chocolate chips
  • Stir with a spatula until combined and smooth
  • Cool and pour over cheesecake
  • When the topping is set and cooled run a thin knife around the sides and remove the springform pan sides
  • Place half of Oreo cookies around the edge of the cheesecake if desired
  • Serve
