How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake?
The cheesecake comes together quickly but needs time to chill so it can set firm enough to slice.
Just like other no bake cheesecake recipes:
• In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter, mix until well combined
• Press crumb mixture onto the bottom of prepared 9-inch springform pan by lightly greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray
• Place in the freezer while you make the filling
• To make strawberry cheesecake:
• Place 2 cups strawberries in a blender and pulse until mixture is pureed, set aside
• In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy
• In separate bowl, mix heavy cream until soft peaks form, add Strawberry extract and continue mixing until stiff peaks form
• Add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream mix on low speed just to combine
• Add strawberry puree and mix on low speed to combine then gently spread strawberry cheesecake filling over the crust
• Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set
How to Decorate Strawberry Cheesecake?

Spread or pipe the whipped cream on top of the cheesecake and add some fresh strawberry halved on top if desired

You can store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze this Strawberry Cheesecake. Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 2 ½ cups graham crackers crumbs

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • For the Strawberry cheesecake:
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Strawberry extract

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

  • For garnish:
  • Whipped cream, optional

  • Fresh strawberries halved, optional

Directions

  • To make crusts:
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter, mix until well combined
  • Press crumb mixture onto the bottom of prepared 9-inch springform pan by lightly greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray
  • Place in the freezer while you make the filling
  • To make strawberry cheesecake:

  • Spread or pipe the whipped cream on top of the cheesecake and add some fresh strawberry halved on top if desired
