How to Make White Chocolate Cheesecake?
First of all is Golden Oreo crust. It is just simple mixture of Oreo crumbs and melted butter pressed in the bottom of the pan.
Next layer is white chocolate cheesecake filling. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream and mix and add melted white chocolate.
Spread white chocolate cheesecake filling into bottom of the crust
Set in the fridge to firm
And the top layer pipe the whipped cream around the edge of the cheesecake and top with white chocolate curls
To make white chocolate curls, use potato peeler to shave the curls from the block or bar of white chocolate.

White Chocolate Cheesecake is Easy, No Bake dessert with a Golden Oreo base topped with sweet and creamy white chocolate cheesecake filling! This is the perfect last minute dessert!

Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 2 ½ cups Golden Oreo cookie crumbs, about 26 Oreo cookies

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • For the cheesecake filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 10 ounces white chocolate-chopped

  • For the garnish:
  • Whipped cream, optional

  • White chocolate curls, optional

  • White chocolate chunks, optional

Directions

  • To make crust:
  • Finely crush the cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and blend until it is all moistened
  • Press crumb mixture onto bottom of the prepared 9 inch springform pan by lightly greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray
  • Place in the freezer while you make the filling
  • To make cheesecake filling:

  • Melt 10 ounces white chocolate and set aside to cool
  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, set aside
  • In separate bowl whip heavy cream until soft peaks form add vanilla extract and continue mixing until stiff peaks form
  • Add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream and mix on low speed just to combine
  • Add melted chocolate and mix on low speed until well incorporated
  • Spread white chocolate cheesecake filling into bottom of the crust
  • Set in the fridge to firm
  • When the cheesecake is set and cooled run a thin knife around the sides and remove the springform pan sides
  • Pipe the whipped cream around the edge of the cheesecake and top with white chocolate chunks and sprinkle with white chocolate curls
  • Serve
