This easy Orange Cheesecake bars are light and citrusy and one of my favorite spring dessert. This dessert is simple to make and if you like cheesecake and fresh orange flavor you will definitely like it. Orange Cheesecake bars are perfect dessert to celebrate the warm weather and family fun. I love orange and enjoy creating new recipe. I love that classic flavor and this is definitely a dessert that is always loved by everyone! This bar takes just minutes to prepare with creamy cheese and oranges.
How to make Orange Cheesecake Bars?
• First of all is Graham crackers crust. It is just simple mixture of Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar pressed in the bottom of the pan.
• Next layer is cheesecake.
• In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy
• In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, add orange extract and mix until stiff peaks form
• Add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream mix on low speed just to combine
• Divide mixture into 2 equal portions in separate bowls
• Spread the first half of the cheesecake over the crust
• To the remaining half of the mixture add orange zest and 2-3 drops of orange gel food coloring and mix on low speed to combine then gently spread orange mixture over cream cheese layer

Ingredients
- For the crust:
2 ½ cups graham crackers crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 tablespoons sugar
- For the cheesecake:
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Orange (zest of one orange)
½ teaspoon Orange extract
2-3 drops of Orange gel food coloring
- For garnish:
Whipped cream, optional
Orange slices, optional
Mint leaves, optional
Directions
- To make crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter, mix until well combined
- Press crumb mixture onto bottom of the prepared 9×9-inch square pan with aluminum foil leaving an overhang on each side for easy removal. Lightly grease the edges of the pan with cooking spray, set in the freezer to firm while making cheesecake layer
- To make cheesecake filling:
- In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy
- In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, add orange extract and mix until stiff peaks form
- Add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream mix on low speed just to combine
- Divide mixture into 2 equal portions in separate bowls
- Spread the first half of the cheesecake over the crust
- To the remaining half of the mixture add orange zest and 2-3 drops of orange gel food coloring and mix on low speed to combine then gently spread orange mixture over cream cheese layer
- Set in the fridge to firm
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until set
- When the cheesecake is completely set, pull the overhang of the foil to lift the cheesecake from the pan and transfer onto cutting board
- Cut and garnish with whipped cream on top, orange slice and mint leaves if desired
