Lemon Oreo truffles coated in bright yellow candy melts, drizzled with white chocolate and topped with lemon zest, arranged on a white serving plate! Easy No-Bake Dessert for Any Occasion!

Lemon Oreo Truffles are a zesty and refreshing treat, perfect for warm-weather gatherings. These no-bake bites combine crushed lemon Oreos with smooth cream cheese for a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. A touch of lemon zest adds an extra layer of citrus brightness.
Once rolled into balls, the truffles are dipped in cheerful yellow candy melts for a sunny look. A white chocolate drizzle brings a stylish and sweet finishing touch. These truffles are simple to make and require no oven time, ideal for hot summer days. Their creamy center and tangy flavor make them stand out at parties, showers or casual get-togethers. With their vibrant color and rich taste, they’re both eye-catching and satisfying.

Variations and substitutions:
Coating options: Instead of candy melts, you can use almond bark or white chocolate chips for the coating. Keep in mind that white chocolate sets faster than candy melts, making it trickier to achieve a smooth coating.
Oreo substitution: If lemon Oreos aren’t available, you can use Golden Oreos as a substitute. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon extract to the mixture to infuse it with lemon flavor.
Classic Oreo truffles: Try using regular Oreos for a classic taste. You can find a recipe for homemade traditional.
How to Store Truffles?
They store well in the fridge, making them easy to prep ahead.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Keeping them in the fridge helps the cream cheese filling stay fresh and keeps them from going bad. The truffles can be frozen for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Whether served at brunch or as an after-dinner bite, Lemon Oreo Truffles deliver a burst of flavor in every bite. Enjoy!
