Creamy, smooth, rich cheesecake worthy of any occasion!
I love bananas like crazy. Every time I go to store, I pick up a bunch. This Banana Cheesecake is not only moist and delicious and bursting with flavor, but they are also so easy to make. It’s smooth, creamy and full of the most amazing banana flavor. This delicious dessert takes a matter of minutes to prepare and all you need to do is let it chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving. If you love creamy and easy recipes and no bake cheesecake, then this banana cheesecake is one you will love.
Banana cheesecake is made up of 3 main components: the crust, the banana cheesecake filling and whipped cream on top. Instead of making from-scratch dough and baking it in the oven, I decide to go with an easy graham cracker crust here. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter, mix until well combined. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of the prepared 9-inch springform pan by lightly greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray, set in the freezer to firm while making cheesecake layer. Next comes the making of our banana cheesecake filling. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add cream cheese mixture into beaten heavy cream mix on low speed just to combine. Add vanilla extract and mashed bananas and stir with spatula. For this cheesecake filling we’ve got banana flavor from fresh bananas. The fresh bananas give it that real banana flavor. Make a base layer of banana slices in your graham cracker crust and then pour in the banana cheesecake filling.
Top the finished cheesecake with a little whipped cream and then add some fresh sliced bananas when serving. Simple ingredients and easy instructions make this recipe a must try dessert. It’s soft, moist and rich all at the same time. I am always very satisfied with bananas, I really like them. While it’s easy to make, it is even easier to eat, so be prepared for an empty dish in record time! If you like the taste of banana cheesecake you will love this awesome dessert. Enjoy!
